Anyone know what accent this is?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bddam...eature=related

Everytime he says "Free", it cracks me up. Can't place the accent though. Austrian maybe?

It sounds like it has a northern-European influence, but he also spent some time in Montreal and his name sounds like he may have a middle-eastern background.

Also, he may have a slight speech impediment.

Turkish, with some speech issues? He speaks very well but for some problems with fricatives and some rhotacism,

I wonder if he learned British English but has Americanized it. Other than the motor issues, he is very clear.
