Congrats to TCU

They didn't cover the spread. But still, an impressive win.

So does this mean Ohio State's president will shut up about non automatic bid teams not belonging?

It was an exciting game to watch, coming down to a failed 2-point conversion by Wisconsin at the end. Purple reigns here in Fort Worth.

I hope Ohio State gets massacred next week. I love the way Big 10 teams have performed so far! Hilarious!

I think he already apologized for his comments recognizing that he doesn't really much about football.

I was thinking that too, though IL & IA did win. I'm guessing that the Badger's kicker is pretty drunk right about now--trying to forget his missed FG.

I love it. Big 10 goes 0-5 in one day with a combined score of 204-102. Can you say overrated?

I hate to break it to you. But the Frogs beat a very sober Wisconsin team. Everyone knows they're at their best when they're on a PBR and bratwurst bender.

I would have never thought that the TCU defense would still be effective in the 4 qt. Kudos to TCU

Personally, I'm waiting on the game one week from today - Auburn v. Oregon. I scored 2 free tickets, a parking pass and 2 tickets to the HP/AMD pregame party. It's great to be an Auburn grad living in PHX. I never would have guessed that I'd be so lucky.

When I was growing up things were different (but the same!).

The last poll was before the bowl games.
The Rose Bowl was Big 10 vrs Pac 10 and that was the only bowl for either conference.

That is the different part.

The same part is it seemed that every year a favored Big 10 school would come out to Pasadena and lose. (a couple picking up national championships).

Oh and the other the same part. Sunny for the Rose Bowl. It rained hard on Sunday!

I was great fun riding the bike through the TCU campus on Friday and Sunday nights. I also got to see a friend who come over from Plano to a bar in Fort Worth to watch the game. Between the Rangers in the World Series, TCU in the Rose Bowl, and hosting the Super Bowl, it's a fun year to be here, sports-wise. No, please don't mention the Cowboys and ruin it for me. Oh, I guess I just did it myself.

Has to be exciting for the "little people" and obscure colleges getting in the limelight after OSU setting the standard in wins the last 50yrs.

I wonder how much they will make from selling the stuff from that bowl win.

Hah! I hope they learned their lesson. Most of the stuff they sold were items most fans consider iconic, that was the stuff that drove most fans here crazy.
