Roadies and Toast

Hey everyone, Ive always felt that many Roadies are also toast enthusiasts. The two go hand in hand IMHO.

I prefer the European toasts. I tend to go for French toast, though I also enjoy English muffins.

So who else is into toast?

Finally!!!!! A thread I can contribute to. Too bad it will be locked by the end of the day.

I made a wicked baked french toast casserole/bread pudding thing for Christmas breakfast. It was amazazing. That is all.

i don't understand some people's obsession with "cooking" their bread a second time.

When I was in Italy, they did not have toasters so no toast for breakfast. One night I stayed at a B&B that had a shared kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of goodies. No toaster but an oven. I made toast for breakfast. It was a real treat.
