Golden Globes - Gervais' performance good or bad

I cried laughing watching these highlights. But then again, I wasn't the butt of his jokes. Brutal humour at the expense of others ... but damn it was funny. The Hugh Hefner joke was hilarious. Was anyone offended by his comments? Did you think it was funny?

I found him very funny, esp the Downey and Sheen jokes, Hollywood needs to get over itself.
