that is a painted lotus seed pod stuck on someone. In the real world, after the petals fall off, the pod starts out greenish/tan and dry to brown.

Those lotus seed pods have been used in icky skin-related PhotoShops for years now. Extremely little bothers me in this way, but this genre of images really freaks me out for some unexplained reason.

i love the lamprey fingers tom you should find steven tylers lips and photoshop them. i love the lotus pod pics my friends squirm at stuff like that just never knew what the plant was called
