Apple Gets Greedy and Stupid

So now apple wants all sales of say Kindle books to go through the app store. Stupid yes. Greedy yes. Will it backfire on them? We can only hope so.

No that's not true. Apple is simply saying "offer" it as a second option. Arguably, unnecessary second choices can confuse customers however I'm sure there is a valid reason for doing this. E.g. Apple Followers generally prefer to get everything from Apple and thus having their purchased content be on iTunes is just what they might want.

I believe that's from the recently released revised statement. It wouldn't surprise me if they had already gotten some backlash over this.
