Leftover, cooked ground beef ... what can I do with it?

We had tacos last night and now have quite a bit of ground beef left over. I suggested mixing it up with macaroni, but my wife nixed that one. Any suggestions?

If its already seasoned leave it alone if its not season it to taste, then place a nice amount on top of a plate of white rice, and place two fried eggs on top of the beef.....enjoy!

Make what we grew up calling "Kitchen Sink "soup, that's when Mom would get a big pot, add water, clean out the fridge and make it taste good. Had everything in it but the kitchen sink, hence the name. Still do it once in a while myself, doesn't taste as good as Mom's but not bad.

After you make it and love it, tell her she has to kiss you, for me.

Veto means to to stop or forbid.
The president vetoed the bill citing "It was a great bill, but it needed more cowebells." as his reason for veoting it.

I do, but then I'd have to kill you for the chocolate syrup.
