Your favourite ice cream dessert

Just finished a root beer float. Haven't had one of those in at least a decade. It was delicious!!!

What's your favourite ice cream dessert / treat?

Good call on the rootbeer float. I've been digging Tillamook Udderly Chocolate lately. And of course Phish food.

All ice cream.

Oh root beer float, I haven't had one in years. Dr Pepper floats are even tastier. Nuts, I'm hungry for ice cream.

B & J Double Fudge Brownie.
Arby's Jamocha shakes.
Mint chocolate chip.
Chocolate cream pie, or Mousse pie. Frozen or thawed.

But I'll eat a lot of different flavors, those are just the top of my list.

Fried ice cream is awesome.

I make this little dish where you take a few handfuls of sliced almonds and caramelize them in butter and sugar and finish it off with an ounce of Grande Marnier which does burst into flames so a cover or a high ceiling is needed.

This goes straight on to super frozen ice cream and forms a crispy sweet nutty shell with a hint of orange.

I'm going to have to try making that some day. Last time I had fried ice cream was in the 90's at a Red Lobster. Don't think they have it on the dessert menu anymore.
