not liking the current progression of minor aftershocks (largest was a 4.3). the last eleven or so (in two days) have slowly being getting closer to my house. closest one so far is only 2.2km away. I've just had the insurance assessors come around and quantify the damage. i don't need to join the queue for them again.

What happened to their face plates?

I just got recertified. I thought they were doing away with the breathing between chest compressions, but I guess not. I want the sports director to purchase some of those barf shields for the room where I teach spin class.

I don't know. I didn't take the class; just happened to wander out into the hallway and saw them.

Having three bosses is annoying. All three of them told me to do the same thing but three different ways, ignoring the way I suggested. I'm going to do it my way and let them duke it out as to which way is correct.

I don't understand how redbull is 1.5x the price of redrave, when they're the same thing.

Light physio today... was not up to any lifting but afterwards was loosened up enough that I could tie my shoes without wincing.

Just finished week one and have 5 more weeks before re-assessment... physio says I have made some remarkable progress between sessions and he was amazed.

D gets really upset with me for over doing things cuz she loves me... but think she understands my philosophy of "go hard or go home".

What's the bike? Can you even tell?
24" wheel 1950's Firestone, most likely made by Monarch. All the important bits are there.

24" is an odd, though not rare size. From a fit perspective it's as awesome a size as 29" for the smaller folk, but good luck finding performance parts in 24". Cruiser/casual parts? Plenty available, even at WallyMart.
