$15/hour is far more than most minimum wage workers deserve, and that's coming from someone only getting a few dollars over minimum wage. It definitely needs to be a little higher though... But I guess this is a discussion for the politics forum.

Anywho, woke up three hours late and convulsing because my idiot roommate left all the windows wide open... It's 45 degrees here and we've got our heat on. The guy is almost 60 years old and wonders why he has no money. It's the little things like that.

Went and bought ourselves a '91 Jeep Cherokee today, 4.0 litre high output I6 and with a full luxury package.

Will be a nice rig for hauling loads of stuff and going fishing / camping.

What am I doing?
I am getting ready for a meeting to go over a report that I produce weekly....have done so for the last year. This person is just now asking for me to go over this report with them....which tells me they never looked at this report before. I will do my best not to hurt them....I make no promises.

Working on company website updates while listening to some Juno Reactor and trying to organize a mental shopping list for tonight. After work/groceries, I hope to get a ride around the neighborhood in on my beach cruiser and unwind a little. Been a heck of a week...every time we have a meeting to discuss the work on our site, a person always raises a hand to ask why a certain modification was made...the person who raises their hand has (every time) been the same person who requested the modification in the first place.

I hope all of you have a fantastic weekend!

Now...GET TO DA CHOPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!

Trying to find some pants for cycling that are fairly snug, but not painted-on like tights. Rivendell has some that would be perfect, but of course they're out of my size and they're not answering my email asking if/when they're expecting more to arrive.

Go to google groups, join the RBW Owners Bunch and put a want to buy ad on it.

Kinda my thoughts too. I think $10 is a pretty decent minimum wage, personally.

Well apparently my apartment management company decided that me being sick in bed all weekend meant my car was abandoned, so now I'm out the $250 towing/storage fee, cab fare, and I was late to work. This towing company got me once before too, and they tried to screw me with erroneous charges. I'm so mad I can hardly contain myself.

Just dropped the Sentra off at the shop so it can get a little love (new steering rack) and guess that if I have to drive anywhere I can make due with the Jeep... my mechanic made me a better deal than he offered on Friday so mebbe Monday mornings are a good time to stop in.

Also dealing with an application with the city to make changes to the business which requires a new development permit (which they rejected) and now I have to appeal it because the clerk at the city messed up the information.

Jammers are against the law in Canada. You can probably file a complaint with Industry Canada.

Haven't found out who has it yet...it wouldn't bother me but it will almost certainly screw with some of our NAV equipment which gets very bad.

I'd love to go beat up some developers who didn't test their code in dev until after it broke in production.
