I really want to know where you found that 4-wheel bike w/bumper picture and what the story is. And what's with the truck-towing-capable chain?

So does the actor not know how to ride a bike, but makes a movie about being a fixie-riding messenger, or was this set up that way for safety during stunts?

Or maybe that rig was set up so they could pull him faster than he could ride himself instead of putting him on a trainer in front of a green screen. I had thought the movie was ok, but promptly forgot about it after watching it. I think I've spent more time thinking about this picture than I have the movie.

For those who wonder what we're talking about, it's the actor and bike used in a movie called Premium Rush that came out a year or so ago.

It's towed to shoot this sequence, and keep the actor in focus and in the shot. ( The shots from the back is a stunt double, of course)

Also, I remember seeing more closeups of that bike on some other thread here at BF. IIRC, it's a Surly Pacer, and I think it was pics from somebody in MN selling it on CL.
