Maybe because the Kidney Stone sign has a black diamond and the trails look like ski trails? I guess the only thing missing are ski lifts. Perhaps they wanted to make a ski resort until they realize that there aren't enough snow around....

a) You would have to be seriously lacking in intelligence to even contemplate a ski resort in Livermore. Any old almanac would tell you that it will never ever snow enough for skiing.

b) Now I want to buy that Previa All-Trac and take it to this place to give Siu a run for her money. With two car seats in the back.
