Watching The Worst Of All Movies & Televisions-Do You Do It Regularly?

Do you watch movies and television show that....are so bad no one in their right minds would sit through them?

".....Sometimes movies are so horrendously awful, they end up being good. These movies are not that type—they are just plain bad. Don’t waste your brain cells on these movies.....The Hottie & The Nottie-Starring Paris Hilton?....<some other ones have an>indication of this film’s intelligence level .....<like a certain>movie uses situations created for their shock value and jokes of the seven-year-old-booger-and-gas-passing genre....

I just want to know-how in the world these programs and movies get made in the first place? How normal intelligence, or even just plain sanity get pushed into the background when the green light is given in creating these turkeys? Or has the "average" person is viewed by the Hollywood suits as so far an moronic low as you can get?

Only rarely. Eegah is an example. It's cheap, badly shot and stars Richard Kiel who would later become Jaws in The Spy Who Loved Me. Why watch it? One reason only. It was shot in the desert close to Palm Springs, and if you lived in the desert close to Palm Springs, you might recognize the locations. That's the reason that I watched Palm Springs Weekend which was filmed at about the same time.

I, being smarter than the average bear, know where the off switch is on the boob tube and the on switch on the reading lamp.

Good Times, watching an episode was so bad and depressing that it likely put me back a week during my recovery in March.
