Your favorite Netflix Instant watch titles

I've had Netflix for a while now. I was kind of PO'd when they jacked up the prices, but I get enough out of the instant watch to justify keeping just it and ditching the DVD option. I look around for "best of", but the lineup changes and the lists get quickly outdated. I mostly get hooked on the series, the movie selection kinda sucks. They have some good ones but ya gotta dig deep and be willing to take a chance. Thankfully it's "free". I've seen some great movies I never would have rented.

Some of the series on my queue include

- The original Twilight Zone
- Eureka
- Breaking Bad
- The Wonder Years
- The Office
- 30 Rock
- Futurerama
- The Walking Dead

Some I've completed and are worth watching:

- Battlestar Galactica
- Firefly

Some movies that wound up being real good:

- Old Boy (gory)
- Black Death (really gory)
- Ninjas vs Vampires (campy gore)
- Let the Right one In (more gore)
- Ip Man 1 & 2 (little less gore, really great fighting)
- The Gamers: Dorkness Rising (a must watch for old D&D players)

The kids (2&4) have a pretty good selection:

- Shaun the Sheep
- Pingu
- Phineas and Ferb
- old school She-Ra and Garfield (really really bad...did I really enjoy these as a kid?)

Have any recommendations to either watch or stay far far away from? I'd add the ones that suck but I don't have enough time or energy.

Battlestar Galactica (original)
Earth 2
Shaun the Sheep
Twilight Zone (Outer Limits is next and far better in my book)
Trailer Park Boys when I need some mindless entertainment.
Quantum Leap

I've been an instant-only netflix subscriber for a while now, was always too lazy to check my mailbox and make a que.

I use it mostly for tv shows, mostly cause its a short something to fall asleep to, and not a movie that'll keep me up. I've watched most if not all of:
Weeds
Californication
Family Guy
The Office
and now Breaking Bad

I've watched some of Mad Men, interesting, but couldn't get into it.

Movies blow for the most part, but I hope with more $$ coming in for instant subscribers will mean better shows sometime soon. If not, i'll probably end my netflix subscription in the next few months.

I couldn't get into the show about the motorcycle gang. I can't even remember the name.

I dumped NF a couple months ago due to their lousy instant movie selection and upped price.

However, I did enjoy the two seasons of Dollhouse on NF. And the first two of Dexter, while they kept them available. Watched the seasons 3-5 of Dexter (awesome show!) on justintv for free.

Star Trek TNG
Marathon Man
Paper Moon
Die Hard
SNL 1970s, 1980s and 1990s
Kolchak: The Night Stalker

There's also an ample supply of schlocky 70s disaster flicks like Airport/77/79, Earthquake and more. Just do a search on Charlton Heston or George Kennedy and enjoy the bounty!

I've recently embarked on The Wonder Years and That 70's Show. Definitely some good times.
