If he only taxes Christmas trees, is he a racist?

A tax to promote a religious holiday? I'm sure this will be followed up by a menorah tax.

Are Christmas Trees really going for $50 nowadays? Back when I was a kid (ok so that was like 20 years ago), we used to get them direct from the tree farm a mile or two away for $10-15 depending on height and fullness and type.
Punctuation is important. It's the difference between "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse" and "I helped my uncle Jack off a horse"

$50-$80 for a 7-9 footer cut it yourself around here

Or something like $5 for a permit into the national forest; they aren't planted in rows to conveniently shop through though.

They canned that idea, but should have never even mentioned it. They should have known the opposition would made a bonfire out of it.
