And, if you do, do NOT store a copy of the email in the document management system that the entire company has access to. It would be a bad enough idea to store it in your personal directory. It is even worse of an idea to store it in a shared space.
This sounds like I should write some self replicating code that will search all directories and subdirectories for the appropriate length and formatted number strings, then email to a dummy account when found. Give it a zero day or two and let it lose.
