What are you eating today?

Got myself a Roasted Turkey Lean Cuisine, ready for the microwave, and a St. Pauli girl.

going to in-laws, but now the general rule is......eat less of everything and begin to spoil the appetite to curb the "I'm starving" attitude.

Eh, probably a bowl of chili or something. I couldn't afford to fly home for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so I had to pick one. This is the first Thanksgiving in my life that I haven't enjoyed way too much stuffing, and my mom makes incredible stuffing. I thought about getting some from the deli at my local grocery store, but it has cranberries in it. WTF?!

I think it's best to stay home on holidays and visit family at other random times of the year. You still get to see them, but you avoid all the congestion of holiday travel. Plus you get to enjoy a nice quiet holiday, sitting at home watching reruns of Roseanne, and writing pointless posts on bikeforums.net

I smoked a turkey overnight last night. We have many family members coming over. Someone better bring pies.

Woo Hoo! Living large!

You don't have any handguns or a large quantity of barbiturates on hand do you? Please don't eat lead or red for dessert.

Just kidding.

I hope she brought your beer. If she brought me my beer I would truly give thanks.

Hah. I wish. I'm still waiting to find a beauty that doesn't feel the need to travel to family gatherings during holidays. I'm not sure such a woman exists.

At the moment, I'm cooking up a couple bratwurst links and I'm steeping some orange spice tea.

A reheated Burrito Supreme for breakfuss,
6 chicken wings, boiled greens and black-eyed peas for lunch.
A diet Dr Pepper and a small bag of Lays Honey Barbeque chips for a snack about 3pm.
About 10 pizzelles about 5pm.
A can of Beef Stew and about 20 ounces of Miller High Life for din-din about 9pm.

No wonder I'm a tub.

Tembleque, its a Puerto Rican desert. Mmmmmmmmmmm! (my mom made it with rice flour, not corn as in the recipe below)
