    Whoa. Need any DDR3 memory?

This is a good buy for 8GB of DDR3 1333, if your system takes it. Otherwise, you could probably stir your coffee with them... no wait, CHOPSTICKS! Yeah, American-sized chopsticks, that's the ticket

    $25. Shipped.

    that's because it's DDR3 1333.
Now, if it was DDR3 1600 or 1866, then we're talking.

In related news, hard drive prices are about to double due to supply shortages caused by the thailand floodings.
Food for thought: if you aren't dead by 2050, you and your entire family will be within a few years from starvation. Now that is a cruel gift to leave for your offspring. ;)

That happened nearly a month ago, and I've seen up to a 250% increase. I'm waiting til the new year when hopefully they'll drop down again.

They did have two 8GB kits of 1600 for $30 over the weekend, I should've posted them

Yeah, Newegg's prices have skyrocketed. If any of you need hard drives, try your large brick-&-mortar stores like Best Buy, who are behind the curve on gouging the prices.

    have they now?
I guess I bought my 2TB drives at the right time then. $50~60 for 2TB is hard to beat.

Yeah, I have a DOA 2TB WD that I paid about the same for a month or two ago. Never got around to RMAing it. Now they want $160 just to cross ship a replacement (refunded when they receive the deader, but still...).

It's a good time to consider SSD.
