    I can't seem to get that 'pass the other bike, then back up until your front wheel is even with their back wheel before you cut your front wheel' thing down.

    I actually parallel parked my Breezer once in front of a coffee shop. It was on a street where the stalls are marked and I took up an entire stall. Had the ring lock on and everything. Nobody said a word.
