Did not check price...I have a Tacoma that I plan on driving until it dies...then I'm gonna buy another one...haven't seen an american car that I want to buy, yet...

It's time to let go of V8s my friend. Twin turbo v6 will get you all the power you need in a lighter package.

And the small block 340 is a far better option than a big block at times as well. I have no real attachment to any of them; for years my dream car was a Noble M400. That's some Turbo V6 goodness right there.

yes, you are the only one.

I've always wanted to take a porsche 911 turbo engine and drop it in an alfa romeo spyder (think the convertible in the graduate).
And since this "dart" is an alfa, I think this thread is as good as any to express this.

I'm not sure if they had that setup, but I believe you could get a Dart with a 340 six pack from the dealer.
