I call BS. At 6 feet tall, it's nearly three times the size of the largest velociraptor. Since there is no mention of glowing or other radioactive side effects, I can only assume that the sign creator is either mistaken or simply a liar.

At that size, it's more likely to be an exceptionally large deinonychus or a young utahraptor.

And none of this even addresses its apparent lack of feathers...

No, this is the first velociraptor to be tall enough to make first string on the all dino league basketball team. He was the center, before he disappeared.
