Glad you said 'a' and not 'the'. Sounds like they have their own little MTB park?

Hopefully they bought good bottom land away from any main roads. That prime soil is excellent for growing premium West-By-God Wildflower Weed.

Sell off the mineral rights, lease to a few share cropers(you get 50%),and all the heat is on these playas. The honeymooners can retire to Bermuda in 5 years.

They should have gone with 220 acres. More power is good and they can step them down to 110 acres as the need arises.

Nope. Since I had to UD that one. BTW, do you sound like Mr. Haney?

Still love that show, and theme song. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

It's a completely fenced hill-top farm - wide open fields and some timber, 3 ponds & a barn. The fiance's folks also deeded @40 acres over to them so their land backs up on thier property line (and will have free gas). The kid finally finished fencing our fields, so I think he & hubby are plotting to have the cattle here & make hay at his farm. The fiance already has a number of horses and a milk cow. It's a short hop to the county park (home of the late "appalachian classic MTB race"), and about 7 miles from our farm.

Appalachian Classic Race?

Is that where all the single guys line up with a burlap bag and chase the available single girls through the holler?
