A robin is stalking me

This is pretty weird. Saturday morning I notice a robin sitting in the windowsill in my bedroom, looking in. Well it was kinda weird but I shoo'd it off, and it flew right back. The house is build into a hill so the window is at ground level. Around the corner, still in my bedroom is a patio style door and a hot tub outside. This bird is now sitting on my hot tub cover crapping all over it. It has been here 3 days. Why?

It's obviously waiting to use the hot tub.

Is there a bird feeder or other source of food for him nearby?

NO, no food at all. Poor guy keeps flying into the glass too. Once I can see but he leaves a little mark (knocks the snot out of him) each time he hits the glass and therer are dozens of little marks where he hits it.. I gotta run to the hardware store. If he is still there when I get back I am finding the pellet gun.

While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
"'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more."

I'll take your robin if you take my *$)&*@_)@#*)! damned woodpecker that has been hammering on the roof at the crack of dawn for a couple weeks.

I have one of those too. This one bangs on the the metal chimney caps of the neighborhood. Big Pileated Woodpecker.

Some years ago I had one that about made me hurt myself falling out of bed when he hammered on the window of my bedroom at the crack of dawn.

I closed the curtains, I think he flew off. I have not seen him for a couple of hours.

Yeah, are you warming it up for him?

There's been a robin annoying the GF's cat, and he's out to get a little variety in his food. I think kitty's going to be eating what we put in his bowl for quite a while.

Robins are not seed eaters, they go after bugs/worms.

So either they are going for food or just see a reflection of itself.
