I'm having trouble dropping the soda pop from my diet as well. I think I've found a way to ween myself off it. Seltzer Water mixed with a fruit juice. I'm buying some tonight, I'll let you know if it turns out okay.

Maybe I could help...

I tried and failed @ soda pop quitting. Then I realized it was the caffeine. I gradually changed to no-caffeine and then I switched to juice. It worked.

Now I'm back on soda (diet-no-caffeine) because juice is darn expensive. Soda is even cheaper than water. Anyway, hope you succeed with the soda/milk mix.

Diet Coke is your friend. It took me a while to get used to the taste, but now I like it better than regular Coke.

Diet Coke has almost no calories. That will make a difference if you're trying to lose weight.

Sometimes you have to be bad to look good.

I'm not them, I'm us. Diet Coke got me through my college years since I'm not a coffee drinker.

And there's nothing wrong with being a little bad.
