I have a really bad sad today.

I left my favorite coffee mug at a meeting last night. This mug was awesome; it would hold a half a pot of delicious coffee. After my meeting was over, I set it aside on the window sill while I helped Mike W. put away chairs and tables. Sniff....

This morning I looked for it and couldn't find it. As panic set in I realized that I left it at the meeting the night before. I won't be back there for well over two weeks and I'm sure someone will swipe it. I feel soooo freak'in sad right now. I really had a deep spiritual connection with that coffee mug.

Is there someone you can call and ask them to hold it for you?

Call them and tell them it is your cup and you're just getting over a case of MRSA. I'm betting no one will take it home then. They'll probably box it up for you and ship it.

I called one of my friends that runs the meeting to see if the church can set it aside. He yelled at me at told me to put my big boy pants on and suck it up. He also called me a Nancy Boy.

Now, along with Wordbiker's blocked picture, I have a total of three sads so far today.

Call the church directly and ask if they can save it.

Wordbiker's photo is a coffee mug that says "Coffee makes me poop".

I called and was directed to a woman named Sarah. She somehow talked me into joining a Christian Mission scheduled to fly out to Uruguay in the fall.

Crap.

Can't you just take her? She's been awfully mean to daddy lately.

BTW, we found out who took the monkey. It was Benny the Western Terror.

Ryan left his Nintendo DS unattended on the bench at the flag football game last night. It disappeared. He has a giant 7 year old sad and I do not have the money to buy him a new one, so I has a sad for him as well.

A few years ago I went to a Boy Scout adult leader training course at a local church. I left this there:

I miss it to this day. My boys gave me a nice new OXO brand travel mug that is almost spillproof that I love, but not in the same way as I loved the mug my uncle gave me.

Well now when my son acts up I know where I can send his.

You should punch that guy or go let the air out of his tires. If he complains call him a Nancy-boy.

I picked another one up. This one is slightly different in that it's black and not blue.
