One of the best peices of advise I have gotten, was; always stop for lunch. Even if it's only 5 or ten minutes, it does a world of good.

Maybe, maybe not. There used to be a local bar that had a vending machine in the men's room selling "Instant P***sy". I never had 4 quarters to buy any so I can't give a review.
