    martial arts in Foo

Anyone of you guys still train? I seem to remember a few of you did. Been my job for the last little while so I figured i'd see what everyone else is doing as far as MA goes. For me it's a little bit of Judo and BJJ/sub grappling, some muay thai and kickboxing, but what I've been doing mostly is coaching and teaching taekwondo. Mostly coaching the sport side. Kukkiwon 2nd Dan, 20 years old, just finished up with my own dojang to work on other things.

My next bit of martial arts will be focused on sport, undecided in exactly which capacity. I keep getting hurt grappling and my fingers are already shot from gripping the Gi

    So what about you guys?

Instead of a fast retreat try defeating the enemy with Yu-Flung-Poo.

I was a collegiate fencer, does that count? I have been thinking of trying Krav Maga (Jew-do) when my foot gets better.

    Fencing counts.

Krav is cool, I've always been more into the sport side but KM is good solid self defense

Mrs. A got her black belt in Kempo when she was pregnant with our oldest. Me, I just copied instructional videos for her.

I've been out of formal training for a few years now (black belt in tae kwon do in 2002), but I still work out in my home. I'm trying to make room in my garage for my heavy bag, but I just do my forms and try to stay stretched (which seems to get harder each year...).

That made me laugh. the Jew-do part, not the hurt foot.
Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're probably right
