Weems&Plath? Good gear. It's probably worth a couple hundred bucks if everything works and the box is sound. Honestly, that's the sort of thing every sailboat owner knocks together in his garage on a Saturday afternoon. If there's no provenance, it's not inherently worth more than the instruments.
