The siren song of the deli sub

I am being wooed by the siren song of the deli sub. I can taste the salami and prosciutto and pepperoni and provolone and pepperocini as the evil temptress lifts her skirt to reveal her perfumed inner thigh. Must resist. MUST RESIST. Or is resistance futile?

Sounds good, but it would be dinnertime by the time I got there. I may have to go out for a sub up here to make up for it though.

So far today I've had capocollo on ciabatta and black pepper/provolone on ciabatta with a garden herb mix dressing it.

Does that mean I already caved?

I have fixins for Cuban in my fridge. Spiced roast pork, sweet ham, Swiss cheese, sweet pickles, mustard Cuban bread.

Got enough for four, made 3 already.
