Does Europe have better TV commercials?

Seems that they do.

Car Commercial

Beer commercial Can't find this brand at the store either. Guess they don't export.

Jeans commercial

Now, why are most American TV commercials just blather and noise?

3 ads made over a 15 year period is not much to go on. Perhaps you just don't see the bad ones that are made in Europe.

I know there are plenty of crap ads on TV. I used to work for an agency that was proud that they created about 5,000 TV ads a year with a crew of 16.

But here's an array of 10 created in the U.S. Ad Week, Top-10 commercials, Sept 14-21.

Of course, no commercials might be even better.

Awww, c'mon. God bless America!

This is one of my favorite commercials of all time.

If you lived in California/Arizona/whereeverelsetheywere back in the '80s you had the glory of Federated commercials

Vern Fonk gets close to that kinda perfection at times.

Since Coke's product is so cheap, they have a little money to spend on advertising.

Really? Those are terrible ads. What am I missing? I'm not sure this isn't sarcasm, because those ads are lame.

No. TVs commercially sold on EU are PAL... clearly inferior to NTSC.
