What would you do if someone was texting you inappropriate pictures?

I have made friends with quite a few forum members over the years. Sometimes those friendships get a little weird. Case in point. One guy I have become acquainted with keeps texting me pictures of a very personal nature. I am not sure of how to respond. Thoughts.

    Is this a trick question?

Personal nature? Like bathroom pics or nekkie pics?

Pics of him wearing a human skin bathrobe...

    Explain.

I would respond, "Couch, you seriously need to stop it."

    two texts:

First: I have something important I need to tell you.

Wait about ten minutes, then text this:

    Second: I'm pregnant.

You'll never hear from him again.

    1. Tell them that you don't like the photos and ask them to stop.
    2. If they don't stop, tell them you will post them in Foo

I would go with a request to stop sending the pictures. If that does not work, you can block numbers from texting.

But this person is someone I consider a friend. Do not want to block them and I am afraid that my rejection might harm an already fragile pysche. Slippery slope, but I am not comfortable leaving things like they are.

If they are a friend then they should understand if you tell them that the photos make you uncomfortable, especially if your wife or kids were to see them.

The picture does nothing for me because I don't drink coffee. My wife, however, is a serious coffee-holic. My boys, as dense as they are sometimes, realize it is in their best interest to make sure she has coffee. She might have an emotional response to that picture.

That is just the tip of the iceberg as it were. There are many more images.

That sure is a crappy coffee maker for an office. Maybe I should send him a picture of ours so he knows how to do it right.
