Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

have you ever considered taxidermy?

I'm currently trapped in a motel, with a tired wife, and a meowing attention starved cat is currently standing on my knee meowing in my ear. I know she's been trapped in her carrier all day,

I have a feeling it's going to be a very long trip to South Florida. pulling about the best speed I can make it 55 miles an hour. send make sure the trailer type in the fact that it's a boat with a keel, so it sets really high and the trailer tries to wag the dog in the result.

Wouldn't it have been cool to find a boat ramp on the Wabash and just set sail down to the Gulf.

Just sayin'

I would have loved it except the Wabash is about 6 inches deep in my boat Draws to just over 2 feet.

I'm about ready to commit felocide, though. (not really!)

actually it's a mixed blessing, since I'm up early enough to get around through Nashville now will a lot less traffic

I'd rather be cremated, preferably after I'm dead.

Teach the cat how to play Auto Bingo.

I consider it all the time, but the rest of the family is creeped out by pet preservation. However, we did find a company that will make yarn and then knit sweaters from pet hair. But, considering where you're headed, I think shark bait is the better option.

Trailer stabilizer bars? Pull a Romney and strap the cat to the roof?

So this city slicker walks into a redneck bar in Arkansas. He walks up to the bar and orders a Merlot. The bar tender sees this dandy, brings him his wine, and strikes up a conversation while the rest of the bar glares suspiciously. The bartender says, "You're not from around here, are you?"

The guy answers, "Why no, I'm from Chicago."

"Waddya do up there in Chicago?"

"I'm a taxidermist."

"A taxi-wut? What the hell is that?"

"Well, I mount dead animals."

The bartender smiled with approval and announced, "It's okay boys, he's one of us!"
