Variety of fast food outlets

hey guys I've been pondering this for a while and have this inquisitiveness about the variety and the weird names of the chain fast food outlets in different countries. I'm going to start a list of what I know. Please add what you can.

USA:- Taco Bell, Perkins, Denny's, MacDonalds,

Australia:- MacDonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Red Rooster, Big Rooster, Sizzler, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Eagle Boys,

UK:- I got nothing???

Japan:-

Germany:-

McDonalds is everywhere -- UK, Japan, Germany.

Hungry Jacks is the same as Burger King in the US (I think the Burger King name was already registered in Australia to another business when they set up in Perth, so they had to choose another title).

Little known fact is that Subway has more outlets in the world than any other takeaway operator, even beats McDonalds.

US also has Wendys, A&W, KFC, Tim Horton's (originated in Canada), Taco Time, Dairy Queen...

Just off the top of my head.

Just remembered from typing a post in another thread:

Quick is a pretty big operator in Europe, and might be McDonald's copy.
