Sometimes you need to go with your feelings and say "screw it" to the anger management classes.

And "quit that please" probably does not work as well as "Stop that right f'ing now or I will ram that football up your ass".

The OP answers his query within the query....the key is the word people. That's what's wrong.

Don't think there's sufficient bandwidth here to even begin to cover that.

People are intolerable at times. I won't tolerate cruelty to animals. I also don't tolerate abuse of the environment. Started my aviation career flying fishermen to outpost camps in Ontario. The contracts for the trips stipulate flying out the trash you flew in. I went to a pickup and saw about two dozen beer cans discarded off the end of the dock. The dudes refused to go in and get their trash so I left them there for a couple of days to reconsider their actions.

No, but stabbing the football won't get you thrown in jail.

Better than throwing a cat at a football, I suppose.

Scientists are corroborating that people are actually getting stupider as a whole.

Where would you like me to begin? Have a sit and fix something to munch on, this might take awhile.

I like Couchs' approach to fixing that situation.

On another note my son comes back in from playing basketball with his friend and a kid that lives down the street and tells me that the kid said he was going to put C4 on our house and blow it up.

Who teaches/lets their kid talk like that?!!!

Back when we had cats and dogs I'd ahve been much kinder to someone throwing a football at teh cats than the dogs.

By that I mean I'd ahve been kinder than the dogs would have been, the person would eventually recover from what I would have done. Neither dog would have let someone abusing their cat live.

When we were teenagers, my sister and I used to talk about filling Oreos with C-4 and sending boxes to certain people. I don't want the Stasi to send me to Guantanamo, so I won't name names. We were just silly kids then.

To be fair, he almost caught the ball a few times. He also meowed, 'jsharr, I am open, hit me!' really loud over and over, while running posts, flys, curls and go routes. I kept telling him he was just a cat and cat's don't play football, but he insisted. I was hoping it was windchasers cat, so I could ask him how he taught the cat to talk and how to run such precise patterns.

So now it is politically incorrect for an American boy to play "catch the football"with his pet cat?

Sad state of affairs nowadays.

c-4 needs an explosive igniter.
Were you going to disguise that as a birthday candle?

Thanks, I'm glad someone said it. Gotta love folks who say, "Well, he needs counseling and understanding, because of his feelings of
misplaced anger...." Uh, no, he needs something like what you suggested, or perhaps something like the baseball bat scene
from "Inglorious Basterds".

Sorry for the rant, but I truly believe the gene pool is in great need of a cleaning.
