Doomsday

Is it tomorrow (12-12-12) or 12-21-12? Either way I'm in no way prepared for the Poppy-clips (who is) just curious.

I plan on drinking lots of egg nog between now and the end of the world.
Also, getting all of the family holiday-related errands run by bike before then. I had to go into a Hallmark store today *shudder*.

Think about this........the only people who'd really be in on knowing are the heads of government.....and do you think they'd let us know?????

they'd keep it secret, even get scientists and articles written in the media to dispel any fears of what is really going to happen...

if they told us.......none of us would go to work......there would be chaos! death! destruction! And a lot of sex.

It's when the mayan calendar ends, but we will all still be here on the 22nd since the world is not going to end.

Yeah I know. I read something saying the only reason the Myan calander ended when it did is because there were no more Myans around to make a new one.

The calendar in the comic looks more like an aztec calendar though.

The Mayan calendar ends this year, the Mayans ended a thousand years ago. No offence to anyone but maybe the Mayans were not that good at predicting events.

Frankly I think the Mayans had already predicted "Hallmark stores" and the ability to simply buy a new calander... why carve a new one out of stone when you can just run out and buy one any time.

Watch, you'll see Mayans lined up outside the doors of any good stationary store come Dec 21, just waiting to buy new calenders.
