I don't care how big the ring is, 2.3 million dollars that they don't have is good news to me. This isn't like seizing 2.3 million dollars street value worth of crack either. They got money that would be used to buy drugs from Mexico for a lot less than it goes for on the street. That means even more drugs. Definitely enough drugs to mess up a lot of people.
