Why do women take so long to get ready?

We all know most do, but I want to know why! I have been sitting here since 8:45 waiting to go get some IHOP, and she still has not yet dried her hair!

Please take this the right way... STFU you SELFISH IDIOT!

Love your wife, complement her when she arrives for breakfast, give her a passionate kiss. Trust me, the grass is NOT greener on the other side.

Mmmm, IHOP! I think that is where we are heading this morning, too! (It doesn't take me long to get ready.. Maybe I am one of the exceptions.)

Marry an inflatable doll, get a CO2 pump, and blow it up in no time when you want to head out to IHOP. There you go, instant wife!

I would suggest an herbal remedy, and a DVD of Pee Wee's playhouse, that's how I deal with this all the time.

Easy way to get over this- just look at one of those women who DON'T take that long to get ready. You will remember why you selected one that does!

Hey Troop, you could try my method, and instead of Pee Wee (he can be a jerk ) you could watch Bill O'Liely.

And during our 30 years together, I have learned never to be behind her as we are walking out the door...without fail she will suddenly remember something and make an abrupt "about-face" and run me down with great determination! Married life is so wonderful! Really! I love it when she does that!!

No offense.. you look like you're about to push her into the water. And the look of fear on her face just confirms that. I have a feeling someone slept on the couch that night.

I'd rather wait and have my girlfriend show up looking good than have her look pale and tragic... and bald...

we finally got out the door by 10:15, a full hour and a half. Let me repeat, an HOUR AND A F*ING HALF after she started. I love her to death, and she is the most beautiful person I have ever known, but c'mon, it was almost lunchtime by the time we got to IHOP. She didn't even put on any make-up, this was just a shower and hair drying.

I never sleep on the couch if it's my place. She's got a problem, she can learn to deal wtih it or we can talk.
And as to why chicks take so long... God almighty, I don't know, and really, most of them (at least my chick) look just as good without make-up. They need to relax and learn to live with their natural beauty.

Update:
We're going to the beach now, and she's getting ready. She's getting read to lay in the sun and jump in the water. And it's been about 25 minutes since she started. WHen we get there, she'll say: "I forgot to put sunscreen on."
Not saying nothing... just saying.
