I am so proud.

So my lovely (and much smarter than me) wife got a call yesterday from her former professor who was her mentor during her Master's thesis.

Turns out that her thesis was accepted for the upcoming IEEE conference! And, since her prof's wife is due to have a baby right around that time, he called and asked her to go present it.

Too bad it's being held in Nassau, Bahamas. I'm going to definitely have to go along...for moral support, or something (something like pina coladas!).

Seriously, I'm so proud of the Mrs. right now.

That's awesome! For both of you...it's so nice to hear of stories where partners support each other!

Tell her FOO says Congrats!
