Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

It was! The recipe for my garnish is on my recipes page in my fishing blog in my signature.

@Wulf

You catch that salmon yourself, I hope? That always seems to make the fish taste even better to me!

We have a lot of those armored Asian catfish in the lakes and ponds around here....the ones that only eat algae. I'm thinking about a dipnet harvest and smoked Swai for my next aquatic cuisine.

Hold the presses! The wife said the jumbo pineapple shake from Sonic was enough for tonight. I hope the peas are ok tomorrow.

Blasphemy! How can you not like sirloins?! They might not be as tasty as prime rib, but a nice 3/4 inch sirloin marinated in some Worcestershire sauce cooked medium rare is beautiful.

Tonight we had garlic and butter mash with a side of roasted garlic corn, lightly fried turkey and chicken meatballs cooked to perfection in chicken gravy with onions and red and green peppers.
