The tag game.

Choose a thread, 10th or 20thj thread in Foo, and tag the originatior, and he's it, and has to tag either the 10th or 20th thread OP. If this issues their own thread that 's 10th and/or 20th, then they add one more. If that doesn't work, they apparently post too much on the internet!

The stickie threads aren't part of the count, by the way.

@jsharr : Tag, you're it!

Stick the @ sign right in front of their username. That activates the tag.

example @20grit

So, yeah, I was the 10th non-sticky thread.

I saw the tag box and this thread, and thought I was supposed to tag someone. So I tagged jsharr. Randomly. Sorry 'bout that.

I guess. This is a new "feature" to me. I'm not sure I'm going to like it.

For a really, really slow forum I can see this as a good idea. For something like the post pumping Addiction thread it's a bit much.

I get enough email as it is.

But tagging, and the quotes notification, are good things. Convenient. I hope people give them a chance. I can understand turning the emails off though.
