Also, I assume you meant HOA. Those things should be outlawed, or stripped off all but the most primitive of powers. Even primitive powers are too much for HOAs. City codes and ordinances should suffice, and in many cases, even those are too restrictive.

Windhchaser, I think maybe you should slow down a bit, take the time to go back and read what you typed, check for and correct any mistakes/typos, use google or spell check for correct spelling. I'm pretty sure it will help out out a whole lot.
