I don't think you'll be able to find what you want. Smaller players have less power, and new safety regulations have capped the audio output of anything with headphones so it won't ruin your hearing.

Why not just pair up your player of choice with this and this?

I think you just bought some nice headphones, but have you considered in-ear monitors for a portable option? I'm actually looking to replace my etymotic er6i's because one side is dead, but something similar would be nice. They block ambient sounds really well so you don't need a lot of volume and since you're not driving anything large, you can keep the volume down with improved battery life.

If they are real headphones you will probably need/want a separate amp anyway, i just go with a Sansa Clip and Koss KSC75s so i can still hear what's going on......I had a PSP and know what carrying around a brick is like that's another reason i opted not to go with the big setups with a set of Sennheiser HD-25s. The volume thing is only in Europe IIRC
^ I had fun with MEElectronics, but in the end having something in my ear just wasn't my thing
