Any way to get rid of this?

I recently created a new eBay account. Now everytime I visit the site, I'm greeted by this monstrosity:

I have no interest in ever filling this out. Anyway to get rid of this damn thing?

I've checked all the possible settings in my account settings and there is nothing that pertains to this.

Just click on the X in the upper right hand corner to make it go away. Check your settings to see if there is any way to turn it off permanently.

There is no where to disable it. I've checked everywhere...including google....

I close it and it goes away. But as soon as I leave the site and come back...It's right back in my face again.

lol.

No I'm not in the market for useless nick-nacks and/or other decorative items....Unless it's Miku merchandise....

That's about the only decorative item I ever bought from eBay...and it's pose-able so it doesn't waste space.

If eBay was smart enough to fill that dialog with Miku stuff, then...maybe...I wouldn't mind as much...But nope. Just silverware and ceramic dogs.... Die in a fire eBay!

You are gonna need a shaman, a brace of chickens, three bottles of rum and some towels to clean up the blood. Let me know when you have this stuff and I will fill you in in the rest. It will only hurt for a a week or two and chicks dig scars, unless you are a chick.

Well, quit looking at silverware and ceramic dogs and only look at Miku stuff. You have to train those algorithms.

That, and clear the cookies from your browser.

The only way to get rid of it is to populate your feed like it says. Then you get the ones that say 'Invite your friends!"

It'll probably go away if you buy a couple of things so its algorithm knows what you're looking for. I'm having a similar problem with a different site currently. They're trying to show off a new feature to their site, but have had an unblockable popup for it every time I visit that site for the last week. The thing is, I visit that site multiple times daily. I've tried using that feature and it hasn't stopped the madness.

Edit: in my case it's weightwatchers.com not porn. I reallized that I'd left it more ambiguous than I'd want when I first posted.

lol yeah. I suppose once I buy more things it might go away on it's own. Really only bought one thing thus far so I suppose it's too early.

Well, I probably go there compusively enough and spend enough time on there tracking my weight that it might as well be.

You can get a decent shaman starter kit on ebay for about $29.00...Just saying.

Looks like I accidentally found out how to get rid of it. I hit the escape key since I mistook it for a dialog box. (Escape key tends to get rid of many of those. ). It closed, but now it doesn't come back anymore...

Now my eBay page looks like this when I visit it:

(It used to default on the Featured page)

I tried the Shaman starter kit as well, but I built my own with a dead bird and various corpses....I mean things I found in my backyard.

Bird wasn't dead when I found it though....

The $29 is outside my budget for Shaman magic. They say the ones you build yourself are most powerful. Not sure if this fixed it or the escape key....
