My kids got me playing COD Black Ops. I'm not ashamed to admit it.
I've bought 2 video games this year...for my 10-y-o nephew. One was a PS3 game, the other an XBox (he has used systems, his dad bought 'em). My total investment was <$20.
I play 2 games on Facebook. They're free. If BF had games, I might play them, too, but................
I spent some of this morning watching someone's screen capture of GTA-V on youtube. I was interested in seeing what happened, and in what the user interface was like.
After a while of watching, it dawned on me that perhaps these third-person games are popular because they appeal to the ego. The main character is always the center of whatever is going on.

I'd like to play it, but would need a lot more free time and a probably a new computer. How is it? I preferred Vice City over GTA IV.
