It's Saturday, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

Bonus to someone that finds a legal free stream of the whole movie, by the way.

Check your local public library for a copy. Our local system has two copies.

If I can count on you not to die on me I'll rent a copy and Fed-Ex it to you.

When I was in college, taking an animation class. The end credits of the movie were the basis of our final exam.

This film was made at the Bronston Studios in Madrid. It was a place where people blacklisted by the McCarthy hearings could go to work.

I already have it, but thanks for the offer. I was just sharing an amusing film idea for those that have never seen or heard of the film (Lost classic) and trying to start an Easter Egg hunt in Foo is all.

Another good film from the Bronston studios was Fall of the Roman Empire, made 2 years before A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum.

It stars Sophia Loren and Alec Guiness. The sets are unbelievable. The crowd scenes massive, and not a speck of CGI.

I just noticed the announcement at the top of the forum (yeah, checking it is not a habit...). Tom, I hope you are well, and wish you a speedy recovery.
