My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

    American student attacked in U.K.

You see, their morals, their code...it's a bad joke, dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. I'll show you. When the chips are down, these...These "civilized" people...they'll eat each other. See, I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve

Well this one is bound to go to P&R anyway. Funny I see no description of the assailants. What do you want to bet they are Muslims? Lots of these types of attacks lately.

Looks a bit like the attack in NYC but without motorcycles.

I went to an American high school in England in the mid-80's. American's were always getting beat up by locals. Kids used to throw rocks at our school bus. One time a bus load of us were coming back from a football game (yes, we had American football over there) and we stopped at a rest stop. Another bus full of drunk soccer hooligans pulled in after us. They started assaulting our cheerleaders and a HUGE fight broke out. High school kids vs. hooligans. It was ugly. They liked us during tourist season, but after that we became targets. Americans are not well-liked among the youth of England. The older generation still have a lot of respect, but you really had to watch your back with the younger guys. I put up with a lot of stuff over there...spit on, cursed at...all because I am American. There were stretches of time where the embassy would advise all US citizens to stay at home.
