What's for dinner?

Tonight's menu for me is bone in New York strip steak, baked potato and a green garden salad. The steak will be marinated in a mesquite marinate and cooked over charcoal with some hickory chips in a foil pack to add some extra flavoring to the meat.

I'm marinating a small chicken in olive oil, lemon juice and Greek seasoning.

I've spatchcocked it and will slowly grill it over coals.

I'll figure the sides out later.

You raise these water buffs yourself? Free Range Organic?

And the bacon, is it from pigs that were gruntled?

Next door neighbor raises the buffalo. They are grass fed organic, FDA stamped.
The pigs, being more equal than the buffalo, were angry about their fate.

Although I had to fight off the maggots for my dinner, it was still tasty.

Yurp, the salmon was delish and there's enough left over for a couple of more delicious meals.

Rad!!!! But why wasn't I invited?

I feel like people only post this when they are eating something wonderful, and not just like pork & beans or something blah.

Making me have dinner envy.
