Oh come on now! How could you NOT miss it? LOL I don't miss shoveling it or driving in it. But I do miss watching it come down from the window of my nice warm house.

I'd rather think about the results of the Bears win over the Packers last night than think about winter coming.

Edmonton will come in halfway down the list, we get 50 inches a year and it isn't like that lake effect snow. Mind you, most folks don't get to deal with temperatures that are this cold.

I would enjoy a white winter. I'm driving under 100 miles/week nowadays and my old man has a self-propelled snowthrower, so it's all good.

30" snow depth at 10,000 feet elevation right now. Good thing our ski areas go up to 12,000. 8*F overnight last night. Time to break out the knee warmers.

You should be so lucky. Oh, and way to go. Now you got me looking at fat tire bikes + IGH.

The rider must be taking it easy. I know of no cleat/adapter that allows a Saloman boot to clip into a clipless pedal (spd or otherwise)...at least it doesn't look like a platform pedal--which would be the safer bet (not to slip off) with the hard narrow plastic sole of a xc ski boot.

thankfully its just chilly and windy here in houston. currently hovering around 50, but the windchill is making it feel like about 45 or less. being a native of central NY however this is nothing to me lol
