I am a MAJOR David Gilmour fan. You probably won't find a bigger Gilmour fan than me. I noodle around on the guitar and pretty much only play Gilmour stuff. I had dreams of when my daughter wanted to play saxophone of us playing this together...

The longer version of the live "Orange County Lumber Truck" that wasn't complete on the originally released 1969 album. That one edited out Zappa's guitar and some of the wild brass-work.....So here 'tis complete.

He plays this a little different each time as does his sax player Paul Desmond.

Thelonious Sphere Monk
From wikipedia:
His compositions and improvisations are full of dissonant harmonies and angular melodic twists, and are consistent with Monk's unorthodox approach to the piano, which combined a highly percussive attack with abrupt, dramatic use of silences and hesitations.
