Yea, unfortunately I moved kind of recently, so there's no Harbor Freight near me anymore. Otherwise I'd go pick up like 3 of those. One to carry, one for the car, one for the home desk.

ergo, the name "freight" ... ;)

Psh, only suckers pay for shipping. Amazon Prime is where it's at!

Got it today. Smaller than I expected. And I can't believe a single AA can put out that much light.
Brighter than my 3 D maglite.

I don't know if they still sell a good sized Maglite that can fit in your pocket for $5, but I think they are good to consider if you can afford to raise your budget anywhere close to $20.

They are WORTH $20.

I hope that a price is not the only thing you look at. Consider what is actually being offered at the price.

For that guy mentioning that "free" flashlight at Harbor Freight. That flashlight is "free" ONLY after you buy something out of the store for $10 or more. You may not be paying directly for the flashlight, but you are not going to get it from them without spending money. Your post make me question your reading comprehension skills. You sound like someone who is likely to sign themselves into a lot of debt.

I've got all the maglites I can handle, I wanted something smaller than their smallest. I just wanted to try out carrying a small light, and if I end up using it a lot, I'll go for something of better quality.

And please, no personal attacks on users. One of the reasons we all keep coming back is because this is a friendly place. I'm sure he understands that you have to spend money to get the "free" flashlight.
